For collaborating agents, professional details to manage the collaboration; for owners, their details and their property’s, to market it and report on activity.

Legal basis: handling your request or our relationship (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and our legitimate interest in helping your search (Art. 6.1.f). For marketing emails, your consent or our existing relationship (Art. 21 LSSI); every email lets you unsubscribe.

Providers: this website and our CRM run on Swirv (SWIRV PROJECT SL), which processes data on our behalf as processor; its sub-processors are listed at swirvproject.com/legal/subencargados.

If you use the chat in your portal, an automated AI assistant answers.

Retention: for as long as the relationship lasts and then as long as legal obligations require.
